On April 11, the Retired Employees of San Diego County (RESDC) will host a Candidate Forum with E.F. “Skip” Murphy and Susan Mallett, the candidates for the Retired Member Eighth seat and Alternate Retired Member seat, respectively. Susan and Skip were the only candidates who submitted for each position, therefore, there will not be an election for these two seats.

The Forum will be held in SDCERA’s Board Room, located at 2275 Rio Bonito Way, Suite 200, San Diego, CA 92108. All are welcome to attend.

Skip Murphy is currently serving as the Board of Retirement Retiree Member trustee, and will be nominated for a new three-year term, effective July 1, 2017.

Susan Mallett will be nominated to replace the outgoing Alternate Retired Member trustee, James Feely and will also serve a three-year term effective July 1, 2017.
